In order to create an opportunity for us to reward our customers more effectively, we will be elminating the points accrual portion of Marena Rewards. As our customer base becomes more diverse, our current points based system of rewards has become less adequate as a vehicle to give back to our customers. We feel confident that closing this portion of our rewards program will allow us to better serve our valued customers.
Marena Rewards members will continue to accumulate points through the end of June. While points accrual will cease at that time, accumulated points will still be available for redemption until the end of July. After July 31, any unclaimed or unqualified points will be removed from the system. While points accrual may be going away, our rewards program will continue -- with a new, redesigned gift and service program set to launch in 2010. The next few months will be a valauble time for old and new members alike to share ideas and thoughts for this new rewards program. The next notice from Marena Rewards will include a link to a forum through which members can share and discuss ideas. We invite you to participate in this forum. Your participation will help ensure that future rewards programming is relevant and meaningful.
